      Excellent working environment. The climate with colleagues is optimal and generally cooperative.

      Kontras

      Old environment. No push for innovation or real growth. Only push to get more money. No room for those who want to grow. Very poorly trained management, usually former salesmen who have become managers and only think about selling.

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
