We’re really happy to see you enjoyed the working environment during your time with us.
Especially in these times we’re aware that it can be a challenge for people to connect with their colleagues, and we’re sorry that you felt that, at times team spirit was lacking.
Our team in Mauritius is working hard to bring people together, and to support the mental and physical wellbeing of our colleagues, with initiatives like Friday Quizzes and presentations with helpful insights on how to strengthen our mental health.
When we think back over the past 12 months, the event that brought the team together most has to be the terrible MV Wakashio oil spill. We’re very proud of our colleagues’ response - providing necessary goods, like food and toiletries, to the people affected.
We’re working with an incredible team of motivated people, and a People team that will go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. But as you say, there’s always more we can do.
