Pros
Management is ran on self benefitting scheme where they over work and under pay employees. This leads to workers not wanting to train or help new employees, unsatisfied staff, and alot of conflict between management and staff. And as far as professionalism, that's def out of the question. I still haven't been paid my last paycheck with no answer from anyone in the office.. They values they teach are not the values they live and work by.

Can't have a functioning life as a crew member. Will expect you to work beyond means with no lunch breaks on 16 hour shifts regularly. Will steal your money, tools, personal items from truck and act like nothing ever happened( foreman's and project managers included)
