      Great atmosphere. Team work is great. Management has potential but much to learn about streamlining processes.

      Pay is low, processes are weak. Production manager is condescending and mentally abusive at times to machine operators(He needs a swift kick in the ...well ya know.)......They are way behind times with alot of equipment
