When all of the reviews say there is poor leadership, no payment or late payment, shady dealings, etc...listen to them. I heard they were acquired, so, maybe things will change, but unless they got rid of Dr. Korangy, it will continue. Corporate cultures come from leadership. There's no HR, so your complaints go nowhere. I'd say, 95% of people quit in under a year or two because it's unbearable.
