*big company, making communication difficult *consultant salary not attractive *difficult managers *sometimes assurances are made by 'word of mouth' but not in written form ( you have a hard time thus to claim something promised to you by a manager/ HR..) *too many changes in the organization: I had 5 managers in a period of two years. It was tiring!
