Poor judgemental management: Most of the managers can't identify what work has to be done how and by whom. They create unnecessary pressures on their team. Managers are not competent and most of the times partial. Onsite opportunities are only given to people who are personally good with managers and who are sycophants. This is not a good place to work for technical persons. Good for people who just want to work for the sake of fixed salary without any expectations.
