      Only one thing, salary. They pay their employees well but that is just for retention purposes.

      Kontras

      Management is awful, out of touch with the frontline staff and deamening to all. Toxic work environment. Work home life balance is terrible. They do not set people up for success. Ect. I would avoid this place at all costs.

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
