Bait and switch making promises about remote work, territories, earning potential and market fit that are not true. Lots of favoritism based on background. Culture is often very toxic. Sales middle management is incompetent and childish. Managers and directors clearly not chosen on management abilities. High turnover. Don't care about career or wellbeing if you're not a favorite.
