So many opportunities for growth, flexible work (with hybrid/remote), dedicated office/HQ team to make coming into office enjoyable, really great managers! Also very clear, goal-oriented marketing team is lovely.

Still growing and a lot of new hires so the company is still getting its footing in some areas, personnel could be more diverse but that is a larger industry issue anyhow
