The office is located in Pulau Indah. Commuting can be challenging, particularly during rainy weather, Fridays, or when accidents occur, often resulting in travel times of up to two hours.
CPL is an organization where I found limited opportunities for long-term career growth. Management practices were highly micromanaged, which affected team autonomy and morale. Cross-department communication between Purchasing, Shipping, Planning, and Finance was restricted, even on work-related matters, creating operational inefficiencies.
The overall work environment felt restrictive, contributing to a high turnover rate. Within a few months, four employees, including myself, resigned.
