This company owns many cemeteries, and since that is something most people will use eventually, the long-term outlook for this company is good.

There is no opportunity for advancement, you will remain a telemarketer. I didn't like not getting two days off in a row most weeks. It can be very boring because you make calls all day and say the same things over and over. The manager often tells you to do something a certain way, and if it doesn't work she insists she never told you that. Also, if she doesn't like the way you're saying something she will yell at you while you're on the phone with customers, making it difficult to hear what the customer is saying.
