First of all it has the worst work environment due to its managers, administration and managements. Every one those are at a little bit higher position or worked for a long time like to be oiled the most. Your eligibility and rating and efficiency can be measured with your personal life. Most inefficient peoples are in management and in higher position. HR section is very very bad. Typically said now a days in a government public office has better management. Worst work environment. Better to say there are so mush bad politics happen that you cant stay there for even 2 years if you haven't started your carrier from there. In a software company communication over the mail is absolutely natural but this is the only one software company in the world where mailing for communication is almost an offense.
