Pros
My job is great. Excellent benefits for my family and not too expensive, the team is receiving great hourly pay, PTO is front-loaded and high, ultrasound and procedure training was great and I had an excellent mentor.
Kontras
Lack of work flow structure and criteria. Typical laziness and abuse from staff, but nothing absolutely horrible. Lots of little things that could change. Typical HR and management crap that keeps me from rating 5 stars.
