I'm glad you experience the CHA culture the way it is intended to be experienced. Flexible, growth, opportunity! At CHA we value and reward hard work, creative thinking, collaboration and initiative! Admittedly, I'm confused by the cons you've listed above as they seem in direct conflict with your pros. Our culture and structure allow for flexibility and growth - it sounds as if you have experienced that and benefited from it. Perhaps I'm missing something. Pros

CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

Life Insurance, 401K match and benefits.

Kontras

At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
