Bias, prejudice, cultural segregation - white arabs (lebanese, jordanian, syrian, palestinian, egyptian, iranian) are given first preference, low salary packages, no promotions, no growth, political divide is common, frequent hire and fire scenarios without explanation, the employee is always wrong and managers are by default granted immunity especially if you are a white arab, top management embezzles funds from the company and tells mid and lower management that there is no budget to incorporate growth and corporate bullying is their anthem.
