-Management of CERN in general is so bad. Most of the supervisors have been there for years and they have diverged from normal "fire brigades" they are still living in 2010. -Permanent contracts. Once you get one, you know that you are impossible to be sacked. So that's why the management is only focusing on their own "nose". -The most of the people getting quite greedy once they realize who easy it's to make some extra at the service. -All the external trainings have been removed because of budget reasons.
