      CCC has good benefits and some teams are close-knit with a focus on a positive work environment.

      Unfortunately, I have observed recently that the recent growth has resulted in a cutthroat environment in at least a couple of teams.

      Thank you for giving us this feedback. We know that a positive work environment is essential for employee engagement. As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we want to keep the collaborative culture that has been so successful for us in the past. Please reach out to your Senior Management Group leader or to your HR Manager and make them aware of your concerns. We do want to know how our growth is impacting our employees so we can address any issues.

      Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
