      Pros

      Great first Internship experience! I strengthened hard skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint skills. I worked closely with the audit team and gained a tremendous amount of industry knowledge. HR provided workshops to further develop our Personal brands and LinkedIn Profiles.

      Looking back on my experience I would have loved to have a rotational component to the internship. This would allow interns to gain exposure to multiple roles in the company

      Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
