I am sorry to hear that your experience at the Lab has been a negative one. It appears that culture and values as well as compensation and benefits are of greatest concern to you. We developed a set of core values that Lab is based on, and I personally work very hard to ensure that every employee of the Lab, from each intern to the CEO, subscribes to those values. If you believe that we are not acting in accordance to our values, please be active and vocal and let me know. I will be happy to work with you to make the Lab a more pleasant environment for you and your peers. All our FTEs are state employees and receive state benefits that are second to none. We also strive to be competitive in our compensation. I am sorry to hear that you feel compensation and benefits are insufficient. We value our employees, and strive to compensate everyone fairly.
