I would not recommend anyone to work here. The great mission and employees is overshadowed by toxic upper management. Employees are gas lit into taking on multiple roles that are not feasible for one person. They squeeze everything out of you before firing someone or forcing them to quit. There was not a level of respect. This organization needs to be audited and investigated pronto.
