      Nette Kollegen, cooles office mitten in Berlin / Co-working office

      Job ist sehr eintönig, intellektuell überhaupt keine Herausfordung, Arbeitsvertrag wurde nach 4 Wochen geändert. Schichtplan momentan von 8-17, 14-23, 17-02:00 Uhr, wobei man die Schicht von 8-17 Uhr höchtens alle 6 Wochen bekommt. Man muss Samstags, Sonntags und an Feiertagen arbeiten. Gearbeitet wird an allen Weihnachstagen, Silvester und am 1. Januar. Es gibt überhaupt keine Work-Life-Balance! Ich würde keinem Empfehlen hier zur arbeiten, der ein Privatleben haben möchte.

Large-scale platform with opportunities to work on impactful projects and gain experience that looks strong on a resume. Fast-paced environment with exposure to major digital marketing and content operations workflows.

      Work-life balance can be challenging depending on the team. Overtime is relatively common, and some teams may have issues with micromanagement or unclear boundaries around working hours. Communication and management styles can vary significantly across departments.
