Just about everything.... literally...... this is a genuine review. If you want to go nowhere with your career and want something easy this is a great place for you! Byte used to be a full office in Lehi, now when you go in just look at how much space is there! They occupy 2 floors but can only retain enough staff to fill 1/4th of the space. So many people have fallen off the turnover rate is insane! Felt like a covid hype business to me, a pump and dump if you are looking to get into sales you will have outrageous quotas. If you are going into cs again unrealistic email quotas and since this is a pump and dump be prepared for 80% of customers to be pissed at you If you want to move up and have an actual career keep looking and don't waste your time here! The only people who are taken care of here is management so if you are applying for anything else just be prepared to not matter. The culture is non existent! Again, they will not care about you, only about lining their own pockets If you are here for a year you should receive a small raise.. don't expect anything that will change your life because that is not going to happen unless again you are in management. If you are still considering applying, with all this information I am giving to you I am sorry... Please come back and share how you should of listened to me and how much better your life has been once quitting!
