In order to maintain the hyper-growth environment, we run weekly All Hands, where the business gives the updates and the different teams also share their work and learnings. We also introduced section AMA (Ask Me Anything) during these live meetings to ensure that you can ask questions directly to any member of the team or leadership to encourage transparency. Busuu has a lot of exciting plans ahead as a Product and also as an Employer, so we are constantly growing and evolving, with some short-term milestones with the big picture in mind.
