Being able to live in Europe for minimal cost and get paid to travel throughout the continent, along with partake in various trip activities is a once in a life time chance. The sales and marketing training is also decent and you have plenty of support from management and returning staff for sales and guiding.

The kind of work you do requires long hours.

You will meet some of the most amazing and like minded people and if you have not traveled Europe a lot, you will get to see a bunch of great places in a short amount of time.

This is a 24/7 job, as in no time for yourself and work comes before everything. The company functions a lot like a fraternity and there is a clear heirarchy which makes effective communication and living and working with co workers difficult at times. Because you work and live with all staff members and are together constantly, there lines of professionalism are extremely blurred. Sales will always be management's number one priority and while they preach "one team one dream", they allow their top sellers to step on the toes of other staff members to make a quick buck. Overall, not nearly enough respect for employees who are working around the clock to make the company look good.
