Internal hiring and promotion preferences make it more challenging for newcomers looking for management positions, but not impossible. The wide variety of roles inside the company make for a great environment to grow and learn.

Salaries are not competitive with the market by a landslide. As a project manager for installed support, I am responsible for supervising installations in 40+ subdivisions within a six county area in North Carolina. My offered starting salary was $55,000 without any room for negotiation or signing bonus.
