Pros
It's great to work for a company that's big enough that you feel secure in your job but small enough that you can see the difference you're making on a daily basis. Having worked for both big and small companies, I can really appreciate being able to work in an environment where you're not held back by a load of dated processes and you're given the autonomy to go and do your job in the best way you can. On top of that, it's great to be able to know everyone's name and to feel part of a shared goal. This is also reflected in the profit-share scheme. Whilst we don't work in a beautiful building, the views from each side are amazing. You've got the South Downs out of one window and the sea out of the other. It's also a company that's open to change and I've seen a number of visible changes in the small time that I've worked here so far. If there's a good reason to implement something new, there are processes in place to get you the budget to do it.
Kontras
The office decor is uninspiring at the moment - there are currently plans to look at this. It can be quite quiet at times
