Pros

Good benefits, friendly employees, remote working options. Boston Proper was a great company to work for. You have a lot of flexibility in working styles and process. You definitely learn a lot from working there, there is a ton of opportunity for new processes and systems. CEO has an open door policy and is a great person to speak with!

Improvement of promoting internally can be made as well as ensuring they are securing the right management. Values need to be followed more from the managers within. Most of the Managers have no clue what they are doing and promote a negative environment. Managing styles should be reviewed and some of them are borderline unethical as well as inappropriate. Threats of employment elimination, inappropriate conversations and overall work ethics. Company needs to promote more team work and less "backstabbing" behavior. As the company should be focusing on success and sales increases right? Having the wrong manger definitely creates a horrible working environment for individuals at this company, but this can definitely be improved!
