Sucked dont do it - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Boise Auto Clearance: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Glassdoor does not allow me to identify individuals who leave an anonymous review. I hired "CP" on to a position he had never done before, and a co-worker and I worked with CP for 6 weeks training him on this new position. I believed CP showed great promise and could be very successful. He's great with customers, showed up reliably, and had many good qualities. I was very clear on an ethical policy regarding selling an insurance product to customers and CP clearly violated that policy and created more than a little bit of collateral damage. It was clear to me at that point that CP and I were not aligned. He was terminated professionally. I gave CP a bonus that he would not have earned until 75 days later, as a kind gesture. Following his termination he apologized, assured me it would not happen again, and asked for a second chance. As can be noted from the tone and attitude in the review he left here, I'm even more certain now that I made the right decision to remove him from the company after 6 weeks.
