Good package if joining at the right time, when the stock price is low. Great people to work with, a lot of talented people in XFN teams. The scope is large enough to succeed as long as the reorg is not impacting too often.

Bad senior management layer. Good leaders are leaving while inexperienced mid-layer managers are promoted without the capability to lead the organisation.
