Company mission, remote work options. Really incredible employee and talent pool. Good benefits and Jack's vision is admirable.
Kontras
Middle and Senior upper management are very inconsistent. Talent changed pretty dramatically over from 2023 to 2026. The main issue is a lack of consistent performance management of their senior leaders. There is a tremendous strain for internal resources which often leads to allocated resources being removed after being green lit. Overall the company struggles with change management. They had hyper growth, purchased BNPL Afterpay and basically had three companies internally, now they are consolidating into 1 but it has been painful.
