It is a very innovative and challenging place to work, the people you work with are from very different backgrounds and have a lot to offer and learn from. Flexible schedules are a plus, everyone is responsible and accountable for their work, good pay.

Not a con, but benefits such as budget for work equipment and health insurance will be great.
