      - you have free time - remote-first company - few meetings on the week - good clients - they *really* want to get the best client for you - culture of always learning something every week -- but it's fine if you don't want to - it's a respectful but not boring place

      - sometimes you'll feel kinda lonely - no benefits if you're outside Canada

      - No RRSP matching. - Base health benefits are good but have low paramedical caps and no HSA to cover overages. - It's a consultancy, not a product org, so you may work in smaller or more isolated teams than you're used to.
