No training given and you are expected to know everything by magic. I was handed over a project lead role on top of my sales position without any training and was expected to keep up my sales target while i was putting half my time in sales. Cheats on commission, no transparency regarding commissions No group meetings, no one on one feedback on performance Poor pay

Highly hands off - If you know what you're doing you're going to love how much freedom you have. Flexible hours - How much you work isn't important as much as what results you generate.

Kontras

Lack of guidance - There really is no training and you're left rather directionless and have to rely on your own wits if you encounter difficulties.
