Do Not Believe the Recruiters! Leadership poor at nearly all levels. Any good managers pushed out due to not willing to carry water for the toxic legacy mgmt. Way too many positions at the VP and above level. Fear/shame based motivation sales tactics. No inbound demand gen. Marketing team is clueless. Old product with tons of bad code. Predatory pricing practices. High performance sales people with no values promoted to sales leadership. Favoritism toward legacy reps and a revolving door of new reps either pushed out or quit after 5 months. Billtrust has not cared about it's people or it's customers since it's PE acquisition in 2022. Entire C Suite has been fired in 1st half 2025. Some C Suite replacements already turned over. Almost no one any where near their quota. Sales results in the tank. Everyone who wants to buy Billtrust has bought it or will buy it from about 1/3 of the sales team they currently have.
