Beyond is struggling to foster a genuine and supportive workforce. C-suite leadership is not given a coherent direction because the CEO thinks he can do everyone’s jobs and is a subject matter expert in things he has no business trying to take over. Beyond needs to act like a food manufacturing company not a tech company. They need to create a REAL employee valued culture until this is realized they will continue to lose good people and strong performers! You literally need to be a masochist right now to stay here.
