This is a good company to work for. Very fair to their employees.

Some positions are union positions

You basically don’t do anything there it almost feels like a fake job where you pretend to look busy.

They do not value education. They will promote someone with no education just because they have worked there a little longer. They don’t like people with disabilities, they will fire them quick if they found out. Or for example people go on sick leave and never come back.
