The ability to reject batches is nice and sometimes they are willing to work with you to get the work done outside of normal deadlines or batch sizes

They CUT the pay per inspection of Texas pilots at the beginning of April
Communication is awful; most communications with management is done through the app but I can rarely get a hold of someone in a timely manner for help with jobs, something they say they are always available for. They've got one manager for each region so I imagine they're overworked and some times mine was out for an unknown reason, there was no alert or notification they'd be out and there was no one taking their place for the week. But don't worry, someone will respond timely when it comes to assigning jobs.
