Turn and burn culture. People don't stick around. A lot of corporate terminations. Quick to implement change without consideration. No clear opportunity for growth. Often people are fired and duties permanently get handed to someone else with no monetary incentives. Ego-centric, money hungry upper management. I don't think this company has a positive future outlook.
