Pros
There are a lot of nice people to work with in the agency, despite some can be nasty, But basically everyone can get along very well, we sort out problem on our own with the help from each other.
Kontras
Too much of favouritism from the management level and too little respect to the staffs. Any suggestion, opinion, hard work or contribution from lower staffs are all not appreciated by the upper management level. 50% of the staffs are not well train for their job scope and not able to handle designated job. Management only interested in hiring from outside resources rather than fostering potential staffs from internal. Agency has lost many talented quality staffs over the years due to this policy.
