This is a company that embraces a full remote setup. It pays well relative to the Malaysian market and has a pretty horizontal power structure that enables excellent access to the founder and C-Suite.
Kontras
No cons really, I really liked my time there. However, there are some instances where contracts were revoked for some of our Telemarketers, leaving them hanging within 24 hours. That to me struck me as exceptionally cruel.
