Not much to say as I didn't stay for a long

Coworkers and managers seemed to be all time frustrated with passive-aggressive attitude. I quickly decided to not continue working there.

I've really loved my experience at Base.com so far. As an SDR, I’ve had the chance to be part of a growing team with big ambitions—especially with the recent opening of our Brighton office. There’s a real sense of momentum and excitement across the company, which makes it a fun and inspiring place to work. The culture here is one of the biggest highlights. It’s incredibly supportive, collaborative, and positive. Everyone’s genuinely invested in helping each other succeed, which creates a great environment for learning and personal development. There’s always someone willing to share advice, jump on a call, or lend a hand. One of the perks I really enjoy is that we do work trips abroad, which are great for team bonding and learning from colleagues in other locations. There are also loads of opportunities to grow within the company. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and they really encourage internal progression. I’ve felt supported every step of the way, and it’s clear there’s a real focus on developing people long-term. If you’re looking for a fast-moving, friendly, and career-focused place to work, I’d definitely recommend Base.com.

Honestly, I can’t think of any cons. The company culture is great, the team is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow. It’s been a very positive experience so far!
