We would respond to this by explaining that we do hold weekly audit team catch up meetings (via Teams at present) for staff to provide two way feedback on job progress and to reflect on changes in internal systems and findings for which management can set up specific training areas. The office is open plan and much of what we do is collaborative, so conversations are far from discouraged. Those people that show an enhanced aptitude for the work will always be recognised and given the opportunity to progress forward quicker than those that need more time to develop. Our staff log is a response to COVID measures as part of track and trace, to maintain staff bubbles and record temperatures upon arrival. Kind Regards Barnes Roffe HR Team
