>As many people have said, you are listed as an independent contractor when you are most certainly an employee. >Management plays favoritism and lets personal life interfere with work. Management would regularly speak to staff rudely and passive aggressively. >Scheduling was a nightmare. Schedules were put out randomly everyday the night before your shift with no end times and no scheduled breaks. Apparently because of your independent contract status, you're expected to manage your own breaks (even though you have little say in your driving schedule) >There is no work/life balance. I was expected to keep the phone app that they used on at all times, even when driving (which was a majority of the job) >They try to make it seem like they are doing you a favor by offering you overtime, when in actuality they expected you to stay past eight hours without consent. >The team is always understaffed and new employees rarely last long than a few months.
