8yThank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We greatly value your opinion. We are very disappointed to hear about your experience. We would like you to know that some of the concerns you shared are already being addressed, for example new processes and procedures are being implemented. In addition, there is a new performance review process that will help to mitigate underperforming employees and our managers are receiving leadership training.
We feel that we have a family-oriented culture and at Baker family comes first – both our internal family and each employee’s family. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t experience this during your tenure with us.
