1. Don't pay salaries on time. They pay salaries occasionally. The HR, VC -HR are all worst and abuse in Telugu when asked about salary. They take per month 1 lakhs to 4 lakhs, but not they don't pay for lesser salaried employees on time. 2. Very low pay, workforce exploitation, poor management. 3. Not Employee oriented. No weekly off 4. No Full and Final Settlement done yet. 5. I have EMI's to pay but they delay the payments and no standard date as such for them to pay, jan month salary given in feb 20...not on jan 31... 6. No weekly off 7. Politics, if Chairman belongs to political party doesn't mean you all do politics 8, Weak Mid Management and no update in the policies 9. Leave policy and strict timing, outdate system
