Pros
Interesting company to start with for someone willing to put up with a disorganised structure and musical chairs every 6 months. Plenty to learn but staying long is not worth it for career advancement.
Kontras
Very good product and a very friendly development team, however the company is let down by bad management, a lack of direction and a lack of gratitude towards its employees. Changes in its core management and culture need to take place and this has to start by reducing the negative impact of people that own part of the company and that seems to be unremovable and old fashioned.
