Pros

Staff is as helpful as they can be.

I knew that it was a staffing agency with contracts thru out the city with various buildings that reach out to BGSF whenever they may need coverage. You would think if an employer has a post of "Now Hiring they have positions in their company that need qualify workers. But not BGSF they hired me and after a month i haven't received any job assignments, and i have never spoke to anyone in regards to how long it takes for an employee to get jobs. So I had to call for myself and see why i havent been given any jobs even though I completed the onboarding more then a month ago and my background check was clean because I wouldn't have been offered a job with BGSF if that wasn't the case. And the response I got was that they didn't have any new contracts in a while and that once they get some new accounts then they would reach out to me. It took about 5 month from when I was hired till they finally called me with assignment that was going to last 2 weeks. Thru the grace of God, that one building wanted me to cover for multiple staff members who either was out on medical leave or on vacation. So to wrap up my issue don't come on board to BGSF unless you don't mind helping that company make profits off of you . Meanwhile you sit around hoping that today is the day i get at least one job assignment so I can make some money finally. They want you on call but don't have work for you and can't tell you how long you will more then likely wait between job assignments. My last assignment ended around 9/15/2024 and i just got another assignment in November.

Pros

Very helpful while I was on a contract. Called regularly to see if I had any questions, concerns, etc.

Kontras

When my contract with the client suddenly ended, they stopped communication. Never followed back up to find me another assignment. Just felt abandoned.
