Just about every promise that was made before my start date fell through. Half the promises after my start date did the same. I truly believe some of the management has good intentions, yet terrible execution. I had pay mishaps from day one. Was told to chase the ever-moving carrot over and over again, while the floor below me fell out. Managers blame executives, executives blame managers. Turnover rate has started to increase and will continue to increase. The amount of micromanagement from multiple levels of authority is more than I have ever seen in over 10 years in the industry. "Integrity" is the last word I would use to describe this place.
