They care about the numbers and if your work is being completed -Can easily be overworked/burned out -Constant reports, essential learning, platform upgrades to learn on top of high volume emails with customer /client demands -NO upward mobility - room for growth; can be there for 8 years until you might get some recognition if that! -low pay; company will do the upmost to not pay you. If you don't ask or push, they won't pay. -no perks; little benefits for employees
